International technical support officer Ventilation

In order to further expand our growth for the business unit Ventilations, we are looking for a reinforcement of our international team of Product Management at our location in Doesburg (NL) from now on as

International technical support officer Ventilation

In this role you are part of the International Product Management team Ventilation and will work closely with the local product management and sales teams in the different countries.

Your tasks

  • Analyzing and evaluation of market and customer requirements for ventilation products as a basis for market expansion
  • Expansion and deepening of the existing network among “pre-fab” market as a basis for generating new innovative product ideas
  • Elaborate on the product strategy and product roadmap for ventilation
  • Support on product developments up to product/market launch
  • Coordination of projects on operational level and provide product training to local sales and product management teams in close collaboration with the International Product Manager Ventilation.
  • Project control and maintenance of project data and deadlines

Your strenghts

  • Technical education level (MBO4+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau)
  • Several years of professional experience in the ventilation industry
  • Good technical understanding of the ventilation industry
  • Strong stakeholder management experience: e.g. with customers, manufacturers an prescribers
  • Experience in an international work environment and in different cultural environments
  • Demonstrated success in introducing and presenting product innovations, combined with a strong innovative mindset and inventive spirit
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, German also preferred or willing to learn, along with the necessary amount of perseverance
  • Well-organized and self-motivating entrepreneurial personality with strong team spirit
  • High flexibility and commitment as well as willingness to travel
