Ubbink flat roof terminals are high performing stack units which can be connected to a variety of mechanical extract fans. The OFT range has a low pascal rating meaning the units are suitable for bathroom and kitchen fans, but also terminate larger output fans such as HRV units.

Due to its stable resistance, the Flat Roof Void Vent works perfectly under all wind conditions. It has an integrated adhesive plate and the extra screw holes ensure that the duct remains firmly in place. Due to its design, the PP hood has a very large ventilation capacity. The roof duct is protected against rain and is suitable for new construction and renovation. The Flat Roof Vent is elegant on your roof, small in size, robust in design and delivers top performance.

Flat Roof Terminals- OFT1

The OFT Flat Roof Terminal is engineered to provide effective and efficient ventilation solutions for flat roof applications. Its design incorporates a large free vent area and low pressure (Pa) resistance, which significantly enhances airflow while reducing energy consumption.

Flat Roof Terminals - OFT4 

The OFT 4 is designed to offer optimal ventilation for flat roofs, featuring a special low air resistance cowl with a pressure/airflow resistance of less than 1.0 Pascal at 225m³/h. Available in a variety of materials, it ensures efficient airflow with minimal resistance. The twin-walled pipework above the roofline includes an integral condensation drain, providing effective moisture management. The stack pipe comes with an integral collar and separate flashings to match the selected materials. Please note, the OFT 4 is not recommended for extreme areas due to the openness of the cowl.

OFT 5 Flat roof  terminals

Flat Roof Terminals - OFT5

The OFT 5 insulated terminal range is expertly designed for use with heat recovery systems and high-volume extract fans, accommodating both mechanical and natural (passive) ventilation installations. With its superior insulation above the roof space, it significantly reduces the risk of condensation. The internal spigot measures 166mm (excluding the OFT 5 180mm), with additional reducers provided to ensure versatile application. Note that the external height of all OFT 5 models is fixed and cannot be reduced.
