Development and social responsibility
We ensure good working conditions for our people, support their personal development, and offer them a great place to work. We take responsibility for human rights and the environment in our supply chain decisions.
Our employees reflect our society. They are our greatest assets and should be treated as such. For us, the wellbeing of our people is of key importance, while protecting the health and safety of our people is our highest priority.
We set clear expectations for our companies at group level and follow them up through our monthly reporting process. As a group of companies, we are dependent on qualified staff and we therefore encourage and facilitate our employees to continuously develop their skills and competences, and we offer educational opportunities. We have systems in place for our people to (anonymously) report any issues they encounter or opportunities to improve.
We appreciate the communities we are part of and understand the impact we can have as a company on our communities. Wherever we can, we support our local communities through initiatives that benefit them as well as our people.
We understand our supply chain responsibility and work with our partners to understand their impact on human rights and the environment, and we make improvements where needed.
We adopt SDG number 4 – quality education and number 8 – decent work and economic growth.
